Each pack includes:

2018 Rosé– Bronze Medal awarded at the 2019 All Canadian Wine Championships  The nose shows an eclectic range of plums, strawberries, cherries and cranberries with just a bit of underlying earthy/savoury notes. There is a smidge of sweetness on the palate with gobs of red fruits, plums, savoury herbs and a bright, refreshing finish. This is medium weight with good texture and plenty of options at the table. It will pair wonderfully with grilled calamari or roast chicken, and cheese boards.  (2 bottles @750 ml)  Serve lightly chilled.

2018 Black Sheep Riesling- Honours awarded at the 2019 Intervin International Wine Awards; Silver awarded at the National Wine Awards of Canada Aromas of lemon-lime, mineral notes and wisps of white grapefruit provide segue to a tang-laden stream of flinty minerality, Granny Smith apple and lime cordial racing over the palate persisting through the crisp, clean and refreshing finish. This is medium bodied and light on its feet with excellent balance, persistent purity of fruit and oodles of tang and boatloads of charm. A perfect thirst quencher at any time, it also shines with charcuterie and a baguette or a plate of sushi, ceviche or a platter of freshly shucked briny oysters. (1 bottle @750 ml)  Serve lightly chilled.

2013 Cuvée Joy blanc de blanc- Honours awarded at the 2018 Intervin International Wine Awards; Elegant and refined with fairly generous, complex aromas of apple, light brioche/warmed croissant and flint. It is just off-dry but braced by fine, almost tart lemony acidity. The length is very good to excellent, trailing some minerality. (2 bottles @750 ml)  Serve lightly chilled.

2017 Cabernet Franc- Double Gold awarded at 2019 All Canadian Wine Championships. This Cab Franc consistently over-delivers at this price point. It features a classic Cabernet Franc nose of wild raspberries, cherries, herbs, cedar and anise and excellent depth and complexity. The palate reveals savoury red fruits, forest berries, herbs and spice with a vibrant feel in the finish. Balanced and structured, it can be enjoyed tonight with your favourite grilled meats or cellared for up to 10 years from the vintage date. (1 bottle @750 ml)
