Strawberry and wild raspberry on the nose of this lovely Niagara sparkling rose wine. Toasty, crisp and fresh yet with a firm backbone. Pair with fried chicken.
Rosé food pairings: pasta, lightly spiced curry dishes, lamb stew, white turkey meat.

Produced in the traditional method—the second fermentation in bottle—this peachy-pink gem is just what you need for Sunday dinner—pairing each course from start to finish. Prominent and alluring aromas rush from the glass—field strawberries and tangy cherries to the fore—bringing to mind a field of Ontario berries warmed by summer sun. Dry and light mid-weight, the wine is bursting with refreshing red cherry/berry flavours underlined by a touch of minerality. The frothy, persistent, refined mousse carries lively flavours through the lengthy finish. Well done!
