Join winery owner and falconer Louise Engel to learn a little bit about Amadeus, the resident Harris Hawk, and his role at Featherstone. Louise will explain how she uses birds of prey as a part of Featherstone’s natural bird control strategy in the vineyard. Amadeus will be on hand- quite literally! Along the way, we’ll enjoy a tasting of two of the delicious Featherstone wines that Amadeus helps to protect.
