Muddy Paws Wine Festival:

July 6 & 7, 2019
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm – 5:00pm

This Festival presents a unique opportunity to celebrate excellent wine and food in Niagara – and bring along your best (four-legged) friend. On this weekend, Vineland Estates Winery and Featherstone Estate Winery will open their doors to well-behaved dogs on leash who wish to accompany their owners.

New and favourite wines will be available by the glass and renowned chefs will be serving delicious fare all afternoon. There will be a canine theme to the weekend, with special events at each winery and a portion of wine sales will support The Bello Project.

Tickets are $25.00 (incl HST) and include access to the Festival area at both wineries; one glass of wine and one commemorative glass. Please note: Your ticket will be valid for either Saturday or Sunday, please specify which day you would like to visit when you purchase your ticket.

To purchase tickets on-line, please click here to  Visit the Muddy Paws website.

The Muddy Paws Wine Festival always sells out quickly–please don’t count on buying tickets at the door. Tickets are available on-line until Friday July 5 at midnight.

Please note: Our Vineyard Veranda & Pizza oven will only be open to Festival participants on this weekend.

  1. This was a great event last year. It was blazingly hot though and Featherstone was better prepared for the weather offering a doggy pool and hose to cool off the pets. There was a tented area with a jazz band and water was available. The trek to Vineland was a bit of a hike, so wear appropriate footwear. Hope Vineland Estates has more shaded areas and especially water for pets to cool off. Highly recommend it.

    • Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for your comments and feedback. We are also hoping that it isn’t so darn hot and humid during the Festival this year- hopefully moving the event to July 9 & 10, 2016 (and away from the end of July) will help. Vineland Estates will indeed have a tent this year and a doggy pool, so we expect that everyone will be more comfortable. The trek between wineries is through the woods, on the Bruce Trail, and appropriate footwear is needed (running shoes are best). Thanks again…we look forward to seeing you this year!

  2. Hi Louise! I have forgotten since last year—Do we purchase the tickets the day of the muddy paws festival or do we need to call and reserve? Thanks, Kathy

    • Hi Kathy,
You can buy tickets on line (www.muddypawswine.ca) until Friday July 8 at midnight; OR you can phone us (905-562-1949) and give us a credit card number and we will hold the tickets for you to pick up here; OR you can just walk in on Saturday or Sunday and buy tickets at the event at either winery. Lots of options! Looking forward to seeing you…its going to be great!
