This premium, small-batch, semi-sweet wine is filled with longevity and character that will evolve in the bottle and transform into an even more interesting and layered wine. The apple and citrus character of its youth will fade with time and flavours of minerality and citrus preserves will appear. It is the development of these secondary aromas and flavours that will make the mature Riesling alluring.
