Your Sparkling Wine Super Series Passport allows you access to six premium wineries and a gourmet food and sparkling wine offering at each. In 2019, our offering was:
2013 Cuvée Joy blanc de blanc, made in the methode traditionelle of Champagne, paired with Basil Panna Cotta with cardamom spiced peach compote and savoury biscuit crumble.
The 2020 food and wine pairing will be announced soon.
Passports are $35 pp (+hst) and include wine tastings & food pairings at all six participating wineries.
