Your Sparkling Wine Super Series Passport allows you access to six premium wineries and a gourmet food and sparkling wine offering at each.

At Featherstone, enjoy our 2013 Cuvée Joy blanc de blanc, made in the  methode traditionelle of Champagne, paired with Basil Panna Cotta with cardamom spiced peach compote and savoury biscuit crumble.

At Malivore Wine: Bisous Brut NV paired with a creation from Chef Erik Peacock of Wellington Court – Crisp cone, egg mousse and heirloom tomato topped with bacon salad.

Food pairings at Fielding Winery, Tawse and Redstone Winery are to be announced.

Passports are $35 pp (+hst) and includes tastings & pairings at all 6 participating wineries.
