Following the tradition of the great sparkling wine houses of Europe, our wine is named after a woman at the heart of the family – the winemaker’s mother, Joyce. Her charm, finesse, and cheerful character are echoed in this wine. Crisp, clean and refreshing, with lemon curd, mineral notes and ripe apple and pear. Finishes in a blaze of delightful tang.

2023 Fizzics

Cabernet franc and merlot team up in this vegan friendly, Charmat method, blush sparkling. Very expressive with aromas of candied strawberry, watermelon and red bell pepper jelly, it fills the mouth with a generous airy froth, offering flavours of red fruit, savoury herb and a touch of sweetness in the lively finish. Enjoy on its own or with steelhead trout burgers garnished with a slice of ripe summer tomato and dill mayo. (Louise Boutin) – 90 points
